Managing Partner

Raised in Glendale, Arizona, Marco is a product of the West Valley. He was valedictorian and a two-sport athlete at 6A Sandra Day O’Connor High School, where he also served as Student Body President. He went on to play NCAA Division 1 Baseball at Holy Cross before finishing his degree at Grand Canyon University.

After college, Marco was accepted into the highly competitive Venture for America Fellowship — typically reserved for Ivy League graduates. He’s since founded a company and helped scale two others as Head of Growth, leading teams with triple-digit growth.

He currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CMO of a $3B IT company serving America’s small businesses. Along the way, he was recognized on both the Charlotte 25 Under 25 and GCU 30 Under 30 lists for his leadership and impact.

But what matters most to Marco is people. Since 2016, he’s volunteered in prisons across the country, helping over 400 incarcerated individuals learn how to start their own businesses. He believes in second chances, hard work, and building things that last — the same values that drive Southern Pacific today.
